My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, despite being placed near a construction site with bright lights, were decent and included a sofa bed. However, there were consistent issues with the key and an unwelcoming environment in the breakfast area where only disposable utensils, plates, and cups were used.

The service was top-notch, with cheerful and helpful staff, including Luis Diaz and the kitchen team who ensured a positive experience for all guests. They went above and beyond.
Location

The location was excellent, directly on the Freedom Trail and close to TD Garden, making it convenient for exploring the area on foot or even by taking a shuttle boat to Long Wharf.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was not the best considering the very high price per night, but the food was decent and well-prepared. The breakfast ended early on weekdays, which was inconvenient for those who prefer to sleep in while on vacation.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were satisfactory, offering services like dry cleaning, laundry, valet parking, and shops. However, there were minor issues with the key and the use of disposable utensils in the breakfast area.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very clean and well-appointed with a very comfortable bed, but they seemed a little tired and may need renovating soon. Additionally, my room on the 2nd floor had a less than desirable view. The service was excellent; the hotel has created a mini-museum of the Boston area and hired great staff to complement the physical attributes, although they could benefit from more customer service training. The location was convenient for exploring the city and within walking distance to many attractions, but it was inadequate one morning. The dining experience was good, with expert level continental options, but it could get very busy at times. Overall, the hotel offered value for money considering the facilities and services provided.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean but the beds were uncomfortable, and there was no air ventilator in the bathroom. The pool was small, and the breakfast area felt cramped with only one working elevator. On the bright side, the room was equipped with 2 TVs and a kitchen featuring essential appliances like a fridge, microwave, and cooktop, though it showed signs of aging. The $50 fee for 24-hour parking was also a downside, especially considering the construction nearby with bright lights.

The rooms were clean but the beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom lacked an air ventilator.
Service
6.0
The service was a mixed bag. While some staff members had horrendously bad attitudes, others went out of their way to compensate for the construction inconvenience. Unfortunately, there was confusion about the payment process through a third-party company.
Location
8.0
The location was convenient for accessing the North station subway, restaurants, and the Navy Yard. However, it was a bit far from major tourist attractions like the Aquarium and Quincy Market.
Dining
9.0
The dining experience was superb, almost making up for other flaws. The gourmet salads were the best I've ever had at a hotel.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offered valet parking and laundry services, but the pool was small, and there was only one working elevator.
